Q2 2024 iOS Performance of Top Investing & Financial Apps in the US

In the second quarter of 2024, five notable investing and financial management applications stood out on the iOS platform in the United States. Data from Sensor Tower gives us a clear picture of their performance in terms of downloads and weekly active users.

Bybit: Buy & Trade Crypto saw a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting at 1K in the first week and dipping to 331 by the last week of June. Weekly active users also experienced a decline from 3.4K to approximately 2.4K in the same period.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto maintained a steady presence with downloads peaking at 858 in the second week of June, but ending the quarter at 354. The app's weekly active users showed more consistency, with a high of 7.6K and closing the quarter with 6.7K active users.

Trading 212 downloads ranged between 261 and 434, while active users remained fairly stable, hovering around the low 3K mark throughout the quarter.

GoMining was the only app among the top five with reported revenue. It showed a peak of $559 in mid-April, followed by a dip to $88 in early June, and a slight recovery to $276 by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a decline from 328 to 117, and weekly active users had a slight upward trend, finishing at 342 from an initial 193.

Lastly, Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet experienced a modest increase in downloads from 224 to a peak of 290 in the second week of June, before ending at 201. Weekly active users showed growth from 3.1K to 3.5K, indicating a solid user base for the application.
